Anilox roll gluing and coating
This kind of coating equipment mainly uses reticulated (concave hole) coating roller for gluing and coating. The coating is even, and the coating amount is relatively accurate (but the coating amount is difficult to adjust). When the anilox roll is used for coating, the coating amount is mainly related to the concave hole depth of the anilox roll and the accuracy of the glue type. The deeper the recess depth of the anilox roll is, the more glue is transferred from the recess to the substrate; On the contrary, the shallower the mesh hole depth of the anilox roller is, the smaller the amount transferred to the substrate is. It also has a lot to do with viscosity. Too large or too small viscosity of glue is not conducive to the normal transfer of glue. Glue with high viscosity is easy to transfer, and if it is too thin, it is easy to flow, which makes the gluing uneven and easy to produce vertical or horizontal water lines. Therefore, once the types of coating roller and glue are determined, it is difficult to adjust the coating amount, which is the main reason why the application of coating roller is limited.
